A beautiful rustic semi-detached house of 100 m2 on three floors, with 3 bedrooms, small mooring 4m. and private garage (2,10m height). Recommended for up to 6 people. Quiet, sunny place, 600 m from the sea, on the banks of the canal. Cartago Island in the district, 500 m from the center of Empuriabrava. Air conditioning throughout the house. Sheets and towels are not included in the reservation price, they have an extra cost.

Cartago Island is a popular pedestrian area that resembles a typical town, full of flowers and plants, very pleasant and quiet, built on an island within the Empuriabrava canal system. Access to the island is through a small private bridge, access by car is prohibited. The house is 100 meters walk from the bridge. The garage is on the other side of the pedestrian bridge.

Exit to the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Direct access to the 4 meter mooring.

A large bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), lamps and bedside tables, wardrobes and a fan. Exit to the balcony with views of the port.

Bathroom (Italian shower, sink, toilet, washing machine)

Second floor: a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.

Exit to a large terrace with 2 sun loungers and beautiful views over the port.

Exterior: A terrace next to the canal, 12m2, overlooking the port, with barbecue, table and chairs, and direct access to the mooring.
