This apartment in Empuriabrava is situated 200m from the beach in an apartment complex with gardens and 4 pools, access included in the price. It is on the 1st floor and has 2 bedrooms with capacity for up to 6 people.

There are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm) and one with 2 single beds (90cm). Each have bedside tables, lamps and wardrobes.
In the rear terrace is the washing machine and ironing board.
This residential and holiday complex known as “Gran Reserva” is one of the best situated and most sought after in Empuriabrava, situated between the beach and the commercial centre, and only 5 minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and the beach disco.
The architecture of this complex is designed to reflect typical Spanish architecture and looks just like a Catalan village, with flower lined walkways, communal gardens and a choice of 4 swimming pools set in well-kept lawns. Our apartment is situated near to one of the main swimming pools, about 200 yds from the beach. It is on the first floor, with a view over the trees of the commercial centre.
A security guard is in attendance all night.
The property is located in the centre Empuriabrava, 150 m from Montserrat supermarket, 200 m from Playa de Empuriabrava sandy beach, 4 km from Pitch and Putt golf course, 60 km from Girona airport. The property is situated in a residential neighborhood close to the shopping area and restaurants.
