This beautiful vacation home with pool is located in the natural environment of central Istria. The house is functionally furnished and equipped and is an ideal choice for those who want to escape the summer crowds and noise and enjoy the tranquility in the midst of nature. In the spacious garden next to the pool with sundeck there is a covered corner with a barbecue for pleasant get-togethers. Nearby there are also restaurants and agrotourisms offering local specialties. The location is ideal for an active vacation and a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area. If you head west, you will be greeted by beautiful Rovinj and its picturesque old town. To the east, the tourist Rabac and numerous bays with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea await you. If you head south, you will arrive in Pula, where there are many monuments from the past, such as the Roman amphitheater. To the north are picturesque medieval towns, such as Motovun, where an international film festival is held every year at the end of July. Visit the nearby U?ka Nature Park, where you can enjoy the extraordinary nature, adorned with many protected and rare species of flora and fauna. From the top of Vojak you will have a phenomenal panoramic view of the Kvarner islands, Istria and Rijeka. Enjoy well-maintained hiking and biking trails, nature trails and promenades, the most famous of which are Slap Promenade and Vela Draga Nature Trail. You can enjoy various sports activities such as hiking, free climbing, mountain biking and free flying.
