The campsite
The beautiful Vendée coastline is the backdrop to the wonderful location of Les Almadies, a medium sized campsite near the seaside town of La Tranche-sur-Mer. The beautiful sandy beaches, born from the refreshing waters of the Atlantic Ocean, are the ideal place for a beach holiday in the Vendee.
An indoor pool complex houses a heated swimming pool, several slides, a children's area and a whirlpool. The outdoor pool is surrounded by sun loungers and is complemented by a children's pool.
Children on holiday can gather at the playground and swing happily on the swings or slides. If they haven't made any friends yet on the playground or in the games room, they will certainly find some in the kids' club. The enthusiastic campsite staff offer a full programme of activities including competitions, tournaments and sports for children aged 4 to 12.
Visitors can enjoy a fresh bread delivery service and breakfast on the sunny terrace of their accommodation. In addition to the lunches and takeaways served in the restaurant, the snack bar and the grocery store allow you to fill up on energy throughout the day. It is also possible to cook in your accommodation and fire up the barbecue to grill sausages.
Comfortable, modern and well-equipped mobile homes are scattered around the campsite on spacious pitches in tree-lined avenues.
