Villa with private pool, just 300 m from the sea for up to14 persons located in Benissa coast. The villa is just 5 minutes by foot from the creek “cala Pinets” and only 1 km from the blue flagged “Fustera” sand beach, restaurants and supermarket. Villa recommended for those who do not want to use the car during their holidays. The villa is built on an enclosed plot of 800m2 with artificial lawn besides the pool and barbecue area. The villa has an approx 220m2 living space divided between 2 floors.

Outdoors: completely flat plot with rectangular private pool ( 8x4) with roman steps, outdoor shower and large space for sunbathing ( 10 sunbeds) . Brick built barbecue, ideal for preparing and enjoying all your outdoor meals. Parking on the plot for 4-5 cars.
Distances: Just 300 meters from the small creek “ cala Pinets” and only 1 km from sand beach “ playa la Fustera”, supermarket and restaurants. Levante sand beach and promenade at 3 km, Calpe town center 5 km.
