A welcoming stone house, in a very panoramic position, restructured to accommodate 3 people with 1 double room, 1 single room and 1 bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV, wifi internet connection and washing machine; it represents the ideal solution for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation.
External spaces
The house is located in a small village inaccessible by car but with a parking lot at 200 meters. Just below the house there is a café with a large panoramic terrace where guests can have breakfast for a small fee.
Interiors
Casa Sissi has been restructured with a particular taste and offers a rustic, warm and welcoming furnishing. A small courtyard leads to the living room with satellite TV and DVD player and from there to a bathroom with shower. Going down a wooden staircase, one reaches the dining area with two small windows and the well-equipped kitchenette. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor with 1 double room and 1 single room.
Position
Casa Sissi is located on the outer side of a very small village (only 63 inhabitants), on the hills overlooking the town of Camaiore. Until a few years ago, the village was almost isolated and abandoned; it was then rediscovered by European citizens, many of whom bought the houses to make them their second homes. The small streets are of course inaccessible to cars and you park at the entrance of the village. Then you walk along the paths, which are partly made up of steps, and after about 200 meters you reach the house. The atmosphere that one breathes there is that of the old days, relaxed of the small villages.

The accommodation is equipped with wifi internet connection, washing machine, satellite TV, DVD player.
Services
Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), internet connection and consumption of electricity, water and gas. On request and to be paid on the spot: possibility of organizing dinners, hours of domestic help.
Important information
A car is not required, but during the summer there is a public transportation service to Camaiore. Parking is available at about 200 meters from the house. The house can be reached by walking down an alleyway, partly with steps.

The house is located in a tiny village on the hills behind Camaiore (400 meters above sea level), one of the main centers of Versilia. All around the mountains rich in forests and paths for panoramic excursions.
Camaiore at 6 km (all kinds of stores and weekly market), Lido di Camaiore at 14 km (equipped beaches), Pietrasanta at 15 km, Forte dei Marmi at 22 km (famous beaches and fashion stores), Lucca at 38 km (city of the Renaissance), the Cinque Terre at 80 km, Florence at 110 km.
