Not enough dishes, the dishes were very dirty and I had to scrub them by hand because they didn't go in the dishwasher, the fridge was still full of rotten food, 4 deckchairs instead of 5, the pool was dirty on arrival and they came 5 days later to clean it, the beds were not in their place and the bedding needs to be completely revised
