Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, hand-basin and shower. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Sep. WC. Top floor: living/sleeping room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 small room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 2 beds. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. 4 showers on the ground floor are divided on 2 bathrooms each with 2 showers and sinks. The living/dining room on the ground floor is a cozy typical Tyrolean room with lots of pine wood. The maximum number of 27 persons including additional beds, babies and toddlers may not be exceeded.

The house is situated in the source protection area.
