Upper floor: 1 open double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double sofabed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Small lounge. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Note: Power is supplied by a solar panel and generator! Stove, boiler and fridge are gas-operated. Electrical appliances over 250W can not be operated. Note: Mountain road 15 km from Malvaglia real time 25 minutes. >> The use of the access road to the Malvaglia Valley has become subject to a fee as follows: CHF 5.00/day CHF 10.00/week CHF 20.00/month. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 1.4 km long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). 50 m footpath (5 steps) to the house. Width of access road: 300 cm. Parking at the house at 50 m.
