Casa di Vignolo (130mq- 7 people capacity- 3 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms) is a very old house, its origin goes back to the 15th century, the walls are in stone and the floor in traditional handmade “cotto toscano”.
The house has a total capacity of 7 places divided into three bedrooms over two floors. There are 2 double rooms and a twin bedroom. Two Toilets (one shared, one ensuite) with shower cabin.
Living area with a big fireplace, still the original one!!! (satellite TV with free channels); The kitchen space is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker and oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee machine and it has any kind of cooking tools.
Small, efficient laundry room in the stair case.
There’s internet connection, wi-fi, included in the rent.
Veranda outside the house, with chairs ant table. It face the main square of the town: quiet and clean place!

VIGNOLO (130 MQ)
The house has a total capacity of 7 places divided into three bedrooms over two floors. There are 2 double rooms: the bigger one on the ground floor with its own private bathroom, and the other one on the second floor upstairs. Upstairs there’s also a twin bedroom with air conditiong, that shares the bathroom with the double room aside with air conditioning.
All the bedrooms are equipped with wardrobe and night tables, and both toilets have shower cabin.
Close to the ground floor bedroom, there’s the possibility to accommodate another person, on a simple single bed.
On the ground floor, in front of the entrance there’s a beautiful living area where you can sit and chill out reading a book, drinking a glass of wine in front of a big fireplace, still the original one, which it’s stil working. The living room also has a big satellite TV with free satellite channels.
The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area by a big bricks arch.
The kitchen space is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker and oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee machine and it has any kind of cooking tools. The table is in wood and it’s big enough to accommodate till 8 people.
Under the stairs there a small laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and cleaning tools and products.
There’s internet connection, wi-fi, included in the rent.
Outside the door there’s a small veranda where people can seat and enjoy the afternoon summer breeze and the view on the square.
The square is a pedestrian area so the place is particularly quiet and clean.
