Two nice apartments created by the restoration of the outbuilding of a large villa situated between Siena and Arezzo. These 2 apartments are cozy and offer beautiful views over the surrounding landscape. The main villa is occupied by the owners and provides a nice swimming-pool situated approx. 20 m from the apartments away.
Distances: the small village of Ambra with food shop 4 km away, Bucine with all kinds of shops and supermarket 15 km, Siena approx. 20 km, Arezzo approx. 30 km, Florence (airport) 60 km. The surrounding area offers several outlets (approx. 25 km away) where it is possible to buy the best Italian brands.
At guests disposal: large outdoor areas in the park of the villa, covered swimming-pool with beautiful sliding windows overlooking a nice solarium terrace and the Italian garden, dress-room, toilet, shower, sauna, veranda. The use of the garden and of the swimming-pool is to be shared with the owners. Shared laundry room with washing machine.
