This rustic house has been built recently and is situated on a large lot with pool.
The owner lives on the other side and comes at 7 without disturbing the guests to clean the pool and garden.
From the house and garden is a magnificent view of the hills with the famous villas here you will find the villas Mansi, and Torrigiani or the Villa Reale.
The house is sunny and pleasant to live.
Large living room with fireplace and TV lounge in the ground floor room with washing machine and big beautiful bright eat-in kitchen (with fireplace) with a large terrace with dining table.
Bathroom with bath, 2 bedrooms.
In the mezzanine, a closet, first floor, 1 large bedroom with a large bathroom (jacuzzi tub + shower).
Some meter from the house is a patio with chairs around the pool (12 x 6m 1,50 deep), heated, hot tub and waterfall.
Swimming pool is open from 1.6.-30.9., Off-season may request.
Heating of the pool is against payment.
Every following extras are compulsory :
Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
Pool open from 1 June to 30 September
