Casa Rosalba is a small holiday home on the hills of Versilia in the village called Terrinca above Seravezza. It's perfect for those who want to relax in tranquility. Accommodates up to 4 persons. The sea is about 20 km far.
In Terrinca you will find a Bar, Restaurant, small Food Shop and a cash machine.
Holiday Home Rosalba is a property with rustic touch but well renovated keeping some characteristic aspects such as wooden beams and stone walls.
You enter from the ground floor where there is a room for gears and go the stairs up to the first floor.
First floor: here is the living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Second floor: here are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Every following extras are compulsory :
