This is a cosy one-storey house located in the quiet town of Els Poblets, just 50 meters from the sea. It has capacity for 8 people and has A/C warm/cold in bedrooms and living.
This is a cosy one-storey house located in the quiet town of Els Poblets, just 50 meters from the sea. It has capacity for 8 people and has A/C warm/cold in bedrooms and living.
The house has two rooms with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds each. Therefore, it is the perfect place for one or two couples with children. All bedrooms have built-in closet and window to the exterior. There are two bathrooms with shower and a heater for the coldest moths.
In the living room there is a comfy sofa and 2 armchairs where you can rest, surf the Internet (WIFI), watch satellite TV or a DVD. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 10 people. The American kitchen was remodelled in 2013 and has everything you might need during your holiday, even a food processor!
You will be able to organize your meals in the terrace as well, as it has table and chairs for 8 people. You can access the pool (5 x 2 m) from the kitchen or the patio. However, it has gates for the security of the kids. You can as well have a BBQ!
There is covered parking for two cars and if you have more, you can leave them at the entrance of the property. Your pet will be welcome but it is not allowed in the pool.
The location of this house is perfect, as you will have easy access to many services by foot. The best quality of this accommodation tough is that you can get to the beach through a private path of only 50 meters. The stoned beach is quiet and clean.
Montgó Natural Park (13 km) is worth a visit for its diverse flora and fauna and its unique landscape. You will find some paths for trekking. Oliva Nova (20 km) has an incredible golf course, an equestrian centre and a good offer of water sports. There is another golf course in La Sella (11 km). The town of El Verger (12 km) is well known in the region for its market on Sundays morning.
