Je suis donc amenée quotidiennement à anticiper et à satisfaire les souhaits de mes locataires qui viennent en Normandie, sur la côte, pour passer un agréable séjour en alliant les plaisirs de la mer toute proche et le charme de la campagne normande.

Cottage located on the port, all shops on foot and all water activities or idleness.
This sea cottage has been designed for you to be "like home". It is very well equipped, very comfortable and spacious.
It is decorated with light and sunny tones so that the house is very pleasant.
House very well kept, parquet floors in bedrooms and living room, large walk-in shower, tasteful decoration, all windows and PVC door + electric shutters, heating by heat pump.
Beautiful garden of 500 m² where barbecues await you, quiet, not overlooked.
In short, everything is new and functional for an optimal quality of reception.
Our lodging is composed as follows:
- 3 bedrooms (including 1 ground floor) with 2 double beds (140 x 190) and 2 single beds (140 x 90). For information there are only fixed beds, no extra bed
- a living room
- a separate equipped kitchen
- a bathroom with walk-in shower
- 2 independent toilets (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the floor)
- an enclosed garden with trees and flowers, surrounded by walls, 500 m², with concrete barbecue and garden furniture.
- 2 parking spaces for 2 vehicles (private courtyard).
Come and relax in our GITE DE MER located in Grandcamp-Maisy, a quiet village in the Bessin, in the heart of the circuit of the landing beaches.

--- BENEFITS (request it when booking)
- linen and towels rental (towels, bath towels, gloves, tea towels): 12 euros per person per stay
- rental of bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases): 12 euros per person per stay
- cleaning fee: 80 euros. Note that upon departure, you must make sure the cottage is impeccable. Otherwise, this package will be applied.
This villa was totally renovated in 2014, is ideally located because close to the marina and a few steps from the beach and shops.
It is a real FURNISHED TOURISM whose only vocation is to welcome tourists.
It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
