Quiet setting, little traffic, not too inconveniently close to the restaurant. Allow 10/15 minutes by car to reach the nearest beaches and 35/45 minutes on foot (path from the village). The bedding is quite comfortable, as is the sofa (but only sleeps 2). The equipment is rudimentary and many things are unusable (rusty saucepans, scratched stove, broken blind in bedroom, noisy VMC...). Insulation between the two apartments is very poor
