THE STATION
With its large sandy beach of Trescadec and its picturesque fishing port, Audierne has all the pleasures of a seaside resort. The coastal path which stretches over 4.5 km gives you the opportunity to discover the diversity of a maritime estuary with its wild valleys, its tides changing the landscapes as the hours go by, and the port of Audierne, in the heart of the city, where the marks of history are reflected in the architecture and the landscape (dolmens, burials and tumuli of the Neolithic). On the harbor, the large market offers a choice of regional products that make the reputation of Breton gastronomy, as well as products of local crafts. In Audierne, tourist visits and leisure activities are available for all ages: the Aquashow, a seabird show, the maritime museum and its 2000 years of history, its sailor's workshop where you can learn to tie sea knots, a walk on the island of Sein starting from Sainte-Evette, the Capucins' footbridge formerly called "the little wooden bridge".

The Residence benefits from a privileged location, in front of the magnificent bay of Audierne and 100 meters from the
beach of Trescadec (one street to cross). It is composed of 64 apartments in three beautiful buildings with typical local architecture.

Fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 burner ceramic hob, microwave oven, flat screen TV, bathroom with
flat screen TV, bathroom with WC, sometimes separated.
Studio cabin for 4 persons, 30/35 m², with a small balcony of 3m² and sea view : 2
sofa bed in the living room, cabin area well isolated from the living room with 2 bunk beds*.
*The bed in height is not suitable for children under 6 years (Decree N° 95.949 of 25/08/1995)

All the pleasures of a seaside resort, to share with family or friends: beach club, water sports clubs (rowing,
canoeing, surfing, sea fishing, scuba diving etc.). Aquacap, 10 minutes from the Pointe du Raz, with a sports and
pool (swimming against the current, bubble benches, geysers, 50 meter aquaglide, paddling pool with jets, wellness
jets, wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and solarium). Swimming courses from 3 years old.

un bonjour plus que bref et tout suite,,prépare un cheque de caution,les draps c'est tant,le ménage c'est tant etc etc really cold welcome. accommodation not very clean, sock under the bed, bottle in the cupboard. oxidation importante au niveau du bas du frigo.salle de bain tres mal éclairée,meuble gonflé par l'umidité,joints silicone marron jaune,baignoire bouchée.plaque de cuisson vétuste joint d'évier tres tres sale.balcon très petit 2 personnes maximum.vaiselle pour 4 tout juste pas une cuillere de +.chien qui urine dans les parties communes.piscine non chauffée. PITY BECAUSE VERY NICE LOCATION WITH POOL FACING THE SEA

Everything was perfect. Superb environment, beach right next door. Nice amenities, we appreciated the TV, the dishwasher and the free underground parking. Staff very responsive to any problem. We will certainly come back.
