THE STATION
Eauze is an old Armagnac town situated on the banks of the Gélise, a small picturesque river in the Gers. The village is a pleasant stopover between the forests of the Landes and the hillsides of the Armagnac region, and is particularly worth seeing: the Place d'Armagnac, the heart of the village, the café terraces, the covered arcades and half-timbered houses, the Cathedral, the Maison Jeanne d'Albret, the cloister, the Place Saint-Taurin (behind the cathedral), the archaeological museum.The countryside is beautiful, with small hills often planted with vines, but also with wheat or sunflowers. Some castles, old farms, chapels and other abbeys catch the eye at the bend of a path or between two valleys. Several events are scheduled during the summer season: concerts, theatres, markets and village festivals.
The establishment
Directly on the managed golf course (Blue Green management) 72 houses with private swimming pool or apartments. Apartments with collective heated swimming pool and paddling pool. Tourist region with a great gastronomic tradition.
The establishment is located outside the town, in the middle of a huge green setting and on an 18-hole golf course, the Residence "Les Maisons du Golf d'Armagnac" in Eauze d'Armagnac (pronounced "éoz") in the Gers is a rare product: 72 individual houses for 6 or 8 people, each with its own private swimming pool, as well as about thirty 2-room and 3-room apartments.
Heated collective outdoor swimming pool and children's pool open from 03/04/21 to 25/09/21 depending on the weather conditions. On the spot, you will also find many facilities : petanque ground, table tennis, mountain bike rental, loan of board games... 5 km from the shops.
The residence "Les Maisons du Golf d'Armagnac" has obtained the Green Key label, the first international ecolabel for
tourist accommodation. Many actions are carried out by the residence within the framework of an ecological approach
to preserve and enhance the environment.

Gondrin leisure park 15 minutes from the residence, horse riding centre, walks in the garden of Cazaubon-Barbotan. The GR65 passes through Eauze (it is also the way of Puy - via podiensis - towards Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle).

apartments: terrace on the ground floor or balcony on the first floor. All our accommodations are equipped with blankets

WC separated. On the first floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a cabin with bunk beds*,

The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old (Decree N° 95.949 of 25/08/1995)

The Covid spoiled the party a bit but it is a nice establishment that lives up to its reputation. We can have lunch at the golf club house which offers simple but good food... The staff is very attentive, very welcoming and responsive to your requests. It's a pity that a few details (poorly maintained golf practice, even closed at 6:30 pm in the middle of August because the managers suddenly decided to do so, small improvements should be made in the accommodation...) ) affect the good impression of the stay... but overall I would absolutely recommend this establishment even if it is "far" from everything on foot but to relax it's TOP.

We understood that the pool was essentially for collective rentals and not individual rentals that are already equipped with a pool. However, many people in individual dwellings occupied the collective pool.
