This large independent house on 1000m² of private land will offer you a nice open air swimming pool guaranteeing swimming in all weather conditions thanks to its removable cover, a modern summer kitchen with bar, an Italian shower.
You will also benefit from a fitness and weight room and a table tennis table.
The interior of this holiday rental is very spacious and bright thanks to the large and numerous openings (equipped with electric shutters). The central room of this house, a vast living room and a very modern American kitchen, opens widely on the pergola and the exteriors, and serves the parental suite, prolonged by a large and beautiful bathroom and a hammam. Upstairs, the massive exposed beams house a comfortable living room with bar and flat screen TV, three bedrooms and a bathroom. You will be surprised by the central net overlooking the living room which brings a feeling of space and adventure. The vast terrace with BBQ-plancha is partly shaded by a straw mattress under which you will share your meals around a large original table, made of an old press. St Jean de Moirans is a peaceful village in the Isère, close to Grenoble (23kms) and the Alps, at the gateway to the superb Chartreuse massif and its famous cellars, close to the Paladru lake (25km) with its sandy or pebble beaches and water sports, and to the plain and hills of the Valdaine, rich in history and heritage, a paradise for hikers and cyclists. The ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility (no steps, door width 90cm). One bedroom with en suite bathroom.
