In central Istria, in the small town of ?kropeti, lies this comfortable vacation home, ideal for a stay with the family.
It consists of a first floor and a second floor, which are connected by an external staircase. The first floor has a living room with kitchen and dining room and bedrooms with bathrooms, while the second floor is reserved for bedrooms, bathrooms and living room with billiards and darts.
A large fenced plot with a beautiful lawn offers the opportunity to enjoy a variety of facilities. The pool offers real refreshment on hot summer days. The covered terrace and the possibility to use the barbecue are ideal for spending pleasant moments together. There are also facilities for the little ones. Explore the surroundings. The beautiful picturesque landscapes of Istria delight many visitors and nature lovers.
The nearby town of Pazin is a town with a rich and long tradition. Among the sights worth seeing are Pazin Castle, Franciscan Monastery, Pazin Cave with Pazin Creek-Pazin?ica, which attracts many nature lovers - cyclists, climbers, hikers and fishermen. Don't miss visiting medieval towns like Motovun, located on a nearby hill. The annual international film festival is held here at the end of July. There is also the town of Hum, considered the smallest town in the world. Take a wine route and taste delicious locally produced wines, as well as hams and truffles offered in local taverns.
