At the foot of the wild dune and on the edge of the Landes forest, pleasant semi-detached house with garden, on 1 level. It comprises a bright living room with east-facing double sofa-bed opening onto a lovely fitted veranda overlooking an enclosed garden. Functional open kitchen with 4 hotplates. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140cm).
The apartment has WiFi access, a private parking space and removable air conditioning.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.
The residence has a communal swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15, depending on weather conditions and excluding statutory annual maintenance work.
