Cozy and comfortable apartment located in the urban heart of Roses with a capacity for 4 people. Close by are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 120 meters and is one with the most crystalline waters of the coast of Girona. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers La Costa Brava.
IMPORTANT :
CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day.

Very poorly equipped apartment with horrible or unusable faucets, 3 radiators, not a single fan. To get into the apartment, you absolutely must have WhatsApp because the agency doesn't give you a key and if you can't get WhatsApp or a network, you have to stay outside, for example an elderly couple who stayed before us had to buy a cell phone to get into the apartment because they didn't have a smartphone. Very noisy scooter from the pizzeria next door, forced to leave the windows open because there's no fan - a horror. On the plus side, free parking nearby when there's space and the beach less than 5 minutes away. On the TV side, there's a Canalsat decoder for French channels, but when you put the HDMI 2 on, a message tells you that the card hasn't been renewed. One thing's for sure: we'll never go back to this apartment.

pleasant stay very interesting location beach market town center EXCEPT THAT THE DOOR ON THE GROUND FLOOR, WHICH HAS BEEN INSTALLED, FEELS LIKE A BOMB WHEN THE DOOR CLOSES IN THE middle of the night THIS IS SURPRISING ON THE WINDOWS. A SEAL WOULD BE AWESOME TO AVOID NOISE, and perhaps a curtain in the shower to avoid getting water on the floor.

The accommodation is pleasant and well located, only the street is very noisy and we experienced the windows open to the heat so it was difficult to sleep. There's a mini oven missing in the kitchen The bedding is good. Roses is a lively city to be redone.

Great location and beautiful view of the rooftops and the sea. The apartment is fine. The floor wasn't super clean and the shower drain needs cleaning. A tea towel and sponge would not be a luxury, especially when you ask to do the dishes. We like the connected handles. Very simple and practical to use. We'll be back with pleasure! Thank you

correct and clean housing. Not really soundproofed, we hear the neighbors who get up early and move the furniture, go to the toilet or take their shower! otherwise ideal location at 2 steps from the shops and the beach. too bad there is no parking because it's a pain to park! The most is the French bakery at the foot of the building with super good bread and nice bakers.
