Modern, spacious and comfortable apartment with capacity for 4 people. It is situated in the urban center of Roses, nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 100 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.
IMPORTANT :
CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.

Beautiful apartment Tiny parking space for a damaged 3008 bumper. Rooms and lounge overlooking a square and the roadside. Deliveries of trucks and sweepers in the morning at 6am and in the evening place with young people who squat. It's hard to sleep with all this going on and it was All Saints' Day. It must be hell in the summer.

Accommodation in accordance with the photos, very clean, well located very close to the sea and the beach, in the city centre, with private parking space. On the other hand, the streets are busy and therefore noisy at night. Receiving the keys is complicated if you do not enter on a Saturday or in conventional schedules (Sundays and/or public holidays) which has cost us an extra 50 €. Locasun never warned of this is very damaging because at the same price we would have gone to another accommodation directly.
