Comfortable apartment with capacity for 2 people. It is located in the urban center of Roses. Nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 100 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in couple of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.
IMPORTANT :
CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day.

pleasant stay ideal for the beach at 2 minutes, very lively street full of restaurants many small shops nearby which avoids taking the car because once we find a place to park we do not move more. The apartment is functional, but a little more crockery, especially knives, and a new refrigerator door that doesn't close properly would be necessary. Of course, being in a pedestrian street, it's a bit of a challenge to get in and out with your luggage. But personally I would do it again as soon as possible.
