Comfortable and simple apartment with capacity for 5 people where you can enjoy the many opportunities that offers la Costa Brava. Located in Santa Margarita urbanization, one of the quietest areas of Roses. In the surroundings you can practice various activities such as bicycle and at only 550 meters you can find the sandy beach with one of the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast and also the promenade with magnificent views of the Roses Bay.
IMPORTANT :
CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day.

Nice view but mediocre service, no microwave, dilapidated coffee maker...catastrophic sanitary evacuation, stagnant water... bedroom door that does not close and entrance door that closes with a bolt...? Otherwise lock that is blocked we remained blocked for 1 hour then shutters users. Here is very poor

Apartment not cleaned at our arrival, bidet clogged, no micron wave, no blinds on the balcony or umbrella in full sun, table leg broken, no fan, TV only Spanish, beautiful view. In short very disappointed!
