Excellent villa with private swimming pool and sea views, located in Benissa coast with capacity for 8 people. The villa is located in Urbanization La Fustera which is a very quiet residential area at a few 15-20 min walk to La Fustera beach, supermarkets and restaurants. This completely renovated villa is arranged on one floor, with several terraces from where you can enjoy wonderful sea views. The villa has a fully enclosed green plot of approx. 850 m2 and an inner surface of 150 m2 approx. There is air conditioning and heating in all the bedrooms, as well as Internet WiFi.

Outdoor area: You will be able to enjoy its fantastic kidney-shaped swimming pool (8x3.5m) with Roman stairs, metallic stairs and poolside shower. You will enjoy the garden with different kind of plants and trees creating an atmosphere of peace and quiet. The villa has an ample terrace for sunbathing in deck chairs (3), as well as a covered terrace, ideal for outdoor meals with front views to the sea.
Distances: At only 1.5 km you will find a little crowded sandy beach (Playa La Fustera) where there are several restaurants, a chill-out terrace and a supermarket. Playa Levante in Calpe and the promenade are at only 3.5 km. Parking for 2 cars on the plot. The center of Calpe is located about 6km.
