Basic 4 bedroom house with private swimming-pool located in a quiet area only 9km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and its beautiful beaches.
This villa is a simple property sleeping 8 people with mountain views, with 800m2 of land arround the 85m2 house.
It has a comfortable living room with tv and access to the terrace.
Fully equipped and self-catering kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing-machine and diswasher.
There are 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each (135x190m and 150x190m), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190m), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.

A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p. m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.

Horrible Spanish neighbors with a dog that barks half the night! Attention invasions of ants, the dustbin must remain outside because it manages to enter the kitchen. House made for 4 adults and 4 children but not much equipment for a total of 8 people (saucepans, dishes ...) hence the use of the dishwasher every day. Overall, the setting is good, away from the noise of the city and close to supermarkets, but cars are a must!
