Welcome to this wonderful two-storey house located in a very peaceful urbanisation with open views. Its three bedrooms are spacious and all of them have views to the garden.
There is space for six people and two extras that can sleep on a sofa bed. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor and both equipped with bath tub.
In summer open the windows and take advantage of the Mediterranean breeze. In addition, there is a fan in each bedroom. The accommodation also counts with WIFI and satellite TV.
The kitchen is very well fitted with all the utensils and electric appliances you may need during your stay: blender, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, fruit squeezer, etc. Obviously there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The living and dining room share the same space (30 m2). It is a spacious, cosy and light-filled room. The sofas are very comfortable and invite you having some relax while watching TV or surfing the internet. From this room there is access to the terrace and swimming pool area.
Outside it is wonderful. The plot, with 325 m2, has gardened areas and a terrace. The porch, with 12 m2, looks over the garden and the swimming pool. It is completely furnished and counts with a barbecue too. It is the perfect space for cooling down and enjoying meals and the nice weather outdoors.
The swimming pool, that sizes 3 x 7.5 metres, has a depth from 0.9 to 1.7 metres. Surrounding it there are four sunbeds for you to sunbathe. Pets up to 5 kg are welcome.
Cala Romàntica / Cala Mendia are very peaceful areas and are surrounded by a lot of small coves and sandy beaches in a 3 km radius (Playa Mediterránea, Cala Mendia, Cala Magrana or Cala Anguila). The nearest beach is S’Estany d’en Mas, just 1 km away from the house.
Despite of its quiet location you will find all necessary services in Cala Romàntica. A short drive takes you to Porto Cristo, a touristic town with a great offer of restaurants and range of recreational choices and tourist attractions such as the Caves of Drach or the Caves of Hams. Manacor, the 2nd largest city in Mallorca, offers a wide range of shopping possibilities.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
