Magnificent "environmental" quality villa in a quiet area with private pool.
The villa
The villa comprises a large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area with flat-screen TV, and a storeroom with washing machine. There's also a sleeping area with a bedroom with a 160cm bed, dressing room, private shower room and WC; a second bedroom with two 90cm beds overlooking the enclosed patio and a private shower room. Outside, there's a covered terrace with summer kitchen, barbecue and swimming pool.
The annex to the house has a living room with kitchenette, a pull-out bed with two 90 cm-wide berths and a 120 cm-wide sofa-bed. A bedroom with a 140cm bed, bathroom and WC.
Practicalities
The beach is 600m away, shops 500m and the thalassotherapy center 1500m.
WI-FI is included, as is end-of-stay cleaning and linen.
The swimming pool is heated only from June to September.
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 8pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For arrivals and departures before 8am and after 8pm, an additional fee will be charged:
From 8pm to 10pm - €50
10pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00am - €100
From 6h00 to 8h00 - €70
