This vacation rental comprises a first floor with a separate fitted and equipped kitchen. WC area. A living room equipped with a television and opening onto the terrace and the outside, with a pleasant garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 90cm beds. There is also a bathroom and WC.
A third bedroom in the annex has a double bed (140cm) and a private bathroom with shower and WC.
Practicalities
The house is located in a family estate containing : A communal swimming pool (from June to September), tennis courts, table soccer ... The beach is only 300m away.
You have access to laundry facilities with a private washing machine and Wi-Fi connection.
Ideal for a quiet vacation on the Ile de Ré.
For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are included.
Tourist tax is extra.
The price includes a 24 € administration fee.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning: 60 €.
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 8pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For all arrivals or departures before 8am and after 8pm, an additional charge will be applied:
