Charming single-storey house close to the beach.
The house
This vacation rental comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, a living room with bay window overlooking terrace and garden, a dining area, a lounge area with TV/DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen opposite the dining area.
A corridor leads to the bedroom area, where you'll find a first bedroom with a 90cm bed + a 90cm pull-out bed, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bathroom, and an independent toilet. Outside, you'll find a south-facing enclosed garden with flowers, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and garage.
A courtyard connects the house and the annex. In the annex you'll find a bathroom with shower and WC, a third bedroom with two 90cm beds overlooking the garden, and a fourth bedroom with a 140cm bed overlooking the garden. A storeroom with sink, washing machine and access door to the garden.
Practicalities
The beach is 200m away and the market 500m from the property. Entrance gate onto patio into which one car can drive.
For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen will also be left for you on arrival by our service provider LOCLINGE and returned at the end of your stay.
Please note that beds are not made up on arrival unless you wish, for a supplement of €5 per bed, to be ordered 10 days before your arrival.
NO WIFI
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm, and departures from 8 am to 10 am. For arrivals and departures before 8am and after 8pm, an additional charge will be applied:
From 8pm to 10pm - €50
10pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00am - €100
From 6h00 to 8h00 - €70
