Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x) (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Deck chairs (2), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Below Dötra, in the hamlet Calzanigo, in the district Valle di Blenio, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 10 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property 300 m2, meadow. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 4 km long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 14 km, restaurant 800 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Negrentino, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Castello di Seravalle, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato Bellinzona (sabato), Archivio fotografico Donetta. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Luzzone, Lago Retico, Lago Ritom, Lago di Lugano, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Valle di Blenio, Campo Blenio, Passi alpini. Please note: car recommended.
