On the first floor and going down a flight of stairs of 7 steps, we find the first flat with a living room with fireplace, independent kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower and a glazed terrace.
On the lower floor and going down a second flight of stairs of 13 steps, we find the second independent dwelling, with a complete kitchen with dishwasher, living-dining room with fireplace, glazed terrace, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a complete bathroom with shower. On this floor you will also have access to a nice barbecue area with table for eating or dining outside.
