THE RESIDENCE
The "Orelle 3 Vallées" residence is located in "Le Hameau des Eaux d'Orelle", a 15-minute walk from Le Francoz near the Val Thorens gondola.
The "Résidence Orelle 3 Vallées***" is a 3-star tourist residence built between 2007 and 2011, comprising 8 separate "chalets". Built in a traditional Savoyard architectural style, the residence comprises 111 fully-equipped apartments, suitable for families (2-8 people) and groups.
All apartments are equipped with TV, wifi access and balcony or terrace.
The shuttle will be operational only from December 23, 2023 to March 29, 2024.

Small but practical accommodation with lots of useful storage space. Comfortable mattress on the double bed, unlike the mattresses on the single beds. An ideal place to go with good motivated skiers for a group start, shuttle + cable car. Once up there, it's top-notch, with good fresh snow. The downside was that the pool wasn't warm enough, the Hammann and jaccuzi were out of order, but fortunately there was the sauna to warm up.

Very nice staff. I have read a lot of negative reviews about the manager but she is very nice. The lady in charge of the restaurant is also very nice. The apartment is well equipped with crockery, contrary to what some reviews say. The only negative point is the comfort of the bedding. Everything went very well. The spa was wonderful, the lady at the spa was very nice. It's a pity that children under 16 years old can't access the jacuzzi. And what can we say about the shuttle driver who brings us back to the Orelle cable car, a big thank you to Aziz for his kindness and his advice.

The site : the village is isolated, far from everything, no shops, no activities apart from skiing The 3 *** Orelle 3 Vallées residence is old, very noisy and not maintained. The common parts are dirty, the elevator to reach the spa does not work, the hammam and the sauna were out of order (the sauna and the elevator were repaired on Wednesday, February 23) from Thursday the jacuzzi did not work any more (very cold water), we have moreover announced it to the people of the reception... The apartment: we took possession of a dirty apartment: The front door rubs on the floor, it is very difficult to open, this is due to the broken hinges). The sofa is dirty, worn, of very poor quality and not comfortable. The dining room table with a chipped glass top. The mattresses in the rooms are very dirty with blood, urine and .... stains. The floor is dirty and had not been washed. Doors not cleaned. Spider webs on the ceiling with traces ... The bathroom door is damaged. The bathtub has chips that have rusted, the crack is cracked .... The bathroom and kitchen trash cans are not cleaned. The utensils and cookware are of poor quality, with some it is difficult to cook and clean them (hangs on cooking), dirty utensils. The cable of the coffee maker is burned, it is dangerous we did not use it. All radiators including the bathroom towel rack were very dirty. Bed of 160 not comfortable, sloping, a difference in height between the two sides, the frame also very dirty with black spots, dust and hair .... The terrace with cigarette butts.... We went to the reception to ask to change apartment but it was not possible, we then asked for a refund to leave the establishment which does not answer at all to what we had bought but the person in charge categorically refused and in a violent tone and without any compassion and I would even add very aggressive by questioning our complaint in spite of the photos that we showed her since she did not move. But perhaps she already knew all that we reproached to the state of this apartment.
