The apartment of 20 sqm :
The living room is equipped with a pullout bed for 2 peoples.
There is a very functional kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, electric hob, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and all the crockery.
Toilets are in the bathroom.
Living room with TV and with a ground floor terrace. Ski lockers in the residence.
The apartment and the terrace face north and enjoy a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc.

The residence :
The Boussole residence is located 300 meters from the resort center, shops, and ski school ESF, and close to the slopes. The public carpark is at approximatively 100 meters. It is a medium sized residence with stone and wood traditional styling.
The Observatoire area :
The quietest area in Les Coches, all the residences are situated 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...

Thanks again to all the people who waited for us because of monster traffic jams and late arrival with a smile. We deplore a lack of snow removal in front of the entrance of the apartment a small icy climb after the stairs.
