THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 24 sqm studio is located on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- A sleeping area with bunk beds
- A living room with 2 single beds, 1 TV
- A kitchenette with 1 combined oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker.
- A bathroom with included toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces north. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40).
The residence:
The Sextant residence is located 100 meters from the ski slopes. The resort center is about 300 meters away and can be accessed through a pedestrian path. Public parking areas are close to the residence, and ski lockers are in the entrance.
The area :
The quietest area in Les Coches, all the residences are situated 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
