Nice house, well located, well equipped, nice pool. The house could do with a bit of modernization (too much furniture, too many chairs, too many tables) and some renovations (double glazing) especially when you have very noisy neighbors late at night! But also the renovation of the old-fashioned EDS and bathrooms and little or no water pressure... Apart from that, summer rental quite correct for 6 persons
