THE RESIDENCE
In the heart of the Catalan country, 20 minutes from Perpignan, Argelès benefits from an ideal location on the Mediterranean coast to discover the Vermeille Coast. You will enjoy its 7 km of beaches, the proximity of the Pyrenees and the Spanish border.
The residence offers 196 apartments and houses distributed around the swimming pool, in the heart of a landscaped park, and which integrate perfectly into the environment thanks to an architecture combining wood and ochre coating.

The accommodation lacks a mini oven and real pillows. In Covid period, employees do not wear the mask, cleanliness of the pool area poor. Clean swimming pool. Safety device like presence detector in staircase not functional, extremely dangerous to take the stairs, risk of falls. Door handles, all broken in the common areas. They should put pull handles.
