Located in the rolling hills of Prelato and about 5 km from the sea of Fano, this charming vacation home is surrounded by 1 hectare of fenced land. The Roman town of Fano is famous for its history and carnival, the oldest in Italy. Here you are about 150 km from Bologna and 65 km from Ancona. The vacation property offers on the first floor a spacious living room and a nice dining room with fireplace; the kitchen opens onto a large equipped veranda for pleasant outdoor meals overlooking the hills. Upstairs, in addition to the sleeping area with 5 large bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is a bright billiard room. The garden offers plenty of space for relaxation; For children there is an area with playground equipment and table soccer. For your outdoor relaxation: hammock, deck chairs, rocking chair on the porch, umbrellas and barbecue. Charging point for electric cars available. The house is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, but also for visiting beautiful art cities and medieval villages, because you are in the land of Raphael and Rossini. The coast is divided into Lido and Sassonia, both with low coasts, the first place with sandy beach, the second with pebble beach. Among the most visited destinations are Urbania (60 km), famous for its ceramics production, the fortress of Gradara (33 km), Pergola (50 km), the Sanctuary of Loreto (80 km). In the evening, the lively cities of the Adriatic coast await you: Rimini (55 km), Riccione (45 km), Cattolica (37 km). During the day, famous amusement parks of the coast offer entertainment for young and old. Not to mention oenogastronomic experiences that will enrich your vacation!
