Pretty vacation house in hilly position, 4 km from Belluno, with beautiful views of the Belluno Dolomites, Belluno and Valbelluna. The house, a former barn that combines tradition and modern design, is on two floors connected by an external staircase. Ideal for couples for a romantic vacation or for families who like to be surrounded by a green area where children can play freely. From Belluno, where you can admire a beautiful old town, you can go to Feltre (26 km), a city with ancient walls and dominated by a castle, and to the most important Venetian cities: Treviso (76 km) with the beautiful facades of its buildings; Venice (100 km) unique in the world; Vicenza (110 km) with its Palladian architecture ... Of historical and artistic interest are also the smaller towns nearby, all surrounded by the beautiful nature of the mountains: Mel (15 km), Agordo (32 km), Cortina d 'Ampezzo (70 km), Vittorio Veneto (35 km), Bassano del Grappa (70 km). You should also visit the beautiful Venetian villas from the 16th to the 19th century. For sports enthusiasts: In summer, Mount Nevegal is the ideal place for mountain biking and downhill skiing, there are also many activities for children here (adventure park, riding school, outdoor playground). In the Belluno Dolomites Park the routes nr. 1 and 2 of the Dolomites and a network of more than 200 km of CAI trails await you. Numerous bike paths and endless roads leading to the mountains make it the ideal destination for cycling tourism. In summer, Lake Santa Croce (20 km) is the realm of water sports (sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing), nearby you can also play golf. Winter sports enthusiasts can choose between the ice arena in Feltre (30 km) and numerous ski slopes; the nearest ski and cross-country ski area is Mount Nevegal (10 km) with slopes of all levels and cross-country ski trails. Within less than 100 km you can also reach other ski resorts - Falcade - San Pellegrino Pass (66 km) - with some of the most beautiful slopes of the Dolomiti Superski; Cortina d'Ampezzo (70 km) with 130 km of slopes. Not to mention the rich culinary offer that you can enjoy not only in restaurants and trattorias, but also at festivals dedicated to local products.
