Character house, typical of the Périgord Noir, independent, located in a very peaceful hamlet near the charming village of Saint Geniès (7 km), Sarlat la Canéda (15 km) and Montignac Lascaux (10 km) in the Dordogne.
The charm of the blond stones of an old, completely renovated residence, nestled in the heart of a hamlet of five or six cottages where life seems to have been frozen for centuries.
This spacious dwelling, with a surface area of 220 m2, can accommodate 5 people.
It consists of a 39 m2 reception room, a large 49 m2 lounge with a pee floor, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a 30 m2 laundry room.
