No wifi for several days. Forced to use our personal data. We asked the agency to help us pay for new mobile data, but no action was taken, and the person was very unfriendly. After insisting for several days, even several times a day, a technician came by, but the installation was not compliant, some equipment was missing. How could this be possible? Frozen and dirty fridge (photos available), we had to defrost and clean it on arrival. Dish rack full of junk (photos available). Services not at all commensurate with the price (photos available). We tried to contact you but got no response.
