The region of Bormes les Mimosas/Le Lavandou is known for its exceptional microclimate. In both winter and summer, the climate and temperatures are very pleasant.
The 3*** star comfort apartment is located in a quiet and very central area with a view of Le Lavandou and the sea.
As a person travelling alone, as a couple or as a family up to a maximum of 4 people, the apartment is the ideal place to enjoy a good and pleasant holiday on the French Riviera.
It is the
ideal place for all the desired holiday activities such as swimming and sunbathing on the beautiful beaches, discovering the back country or simply relaxing on the terrace with views in the garden and the sea.
The
apartment is located in a very quiet and residential co-ownership above the Lavandières road halfway between Le Lavandou and Bormes les Mimosas and is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house. Access to the apartment is by stairs either from above, or from the shaded car park, or from the bottom of the Lavandiéres road.
The "La Mandra" Residence consists of 7 semi-detached houses. From the
apartment's terrace you have a beautiful view over the greenery, the private garden, Le Lavandou, La Favière - the port of Bormes and the sea. On a clear day, the Islands of Levant and Port Cros seem to be very close.
At the bottom of the garden is a ball field that can be used by tenants.
You can shop in a supermarket with a tobacco shop and a pharmacy about 200 metres away. Otherwise you will find on Le Lavandou plenty of supermarkets and of course small shops where you can do your shopping.
On Thursdays there is a large market at Lavandou on Wednesdays in Bormes Village.
The centre and beaches of Le Lavandaou can be reached in 20-30 minutes by foot or in a few minutes by car or bicycle.
In the
water sports centres of Le Lavandou and La Favières you have the possibility to dive, sail, water-ski or wake-board.
Also Bormes Village is accessible by foot in 30-40 minutes or after 3-4 kilometres by car. Don't miss a visit to Bormes Village. Stroll through the charming little alleys, climb up to the citadel where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the region's charming landscape.
Of course you will find many restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.
Do you want to discover the surroundings?
In the
Massif des Maures you will find many hiking possibilities only a few kilometres away. All along the N98 you will find attractive excursions.
Hyères can be reached in 20 minutes and Toulon 30-50 minutes by car.
From the port of Le Lavandou you can make boat trips either to the "Îles d'Ôr", where you find beautiful beaches and an attractive flora and fauna that you can discover during hikes or walks on the islands.
To visit St. Tropez 40 kilometres away, it takes about an hour by car or bus.
The
beautiful small beaches and coves in the direction of St. Tropez can also be reached by car in a few minutes.
If you like coastal hiking, discover part of the hiking trail around La Favières and Le Lavandou. Or you can visit Fort Brégancon, the French
President's vacation home, or you can enjoy a beautiful beach day at Fort Brégancon.
Nice and Marseille are 140 km away.
You can reach Toulon/Hyères airport in 30 minutes by car.
Toulon station, where you can reach us by TGV train in 50 minutes by car or in 1 hour by bus.

1 living room with fully equipped kitchen, a table with 4 chairs and a bed with two independent mattresses for a bed for 2 people. This bed is also used as a sofa during the day.
1 bedroom with a double bed with 2 independent mattresses (80 cm x 190 cm) and a spacious wardrobe.
1 storage room with washing machine and all the necessary household equipment as well as a cot, baby seat, electric barbecue, iron and ironing board.
1 bathroom with shower, sink and WC
The floors are entirely tiled.
