Rental of a gîte for 3/4 people on the edge of the Ria d'Etel, set in a large wooded plot with direct access to the Ria.
The gîte comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with access to a 25 m2 terrace, 2 bedrooms upstairs (one with a 140cm double bed, the other with 2 90cm bunk beds).
Bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and washing machine.
Adjoining the owner's house, but totally independent in a quiet setting.
