Apartment in a stone farmhouse, restructured to accommodate 4 people with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 small bathroom. The accommodation has a terrace for outdoor dinners with barbecue, an above-ground swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests, a small fireplace, a baby bed and parking.
External areas and swimming pool
The panoramic terrace equipped with table and barbecue, directly accessible from the kitchen, makes it an excellent choice for those who wish to relax while reading a good book or dining outdoors. Next to the house is the above ground swimming pool which measures 9x6 with a depth of 0,90 meter, equipped with sun beds for the exclusive use of the guests. Guests also have access to a garden with lawn and olive trees, also accessible to the owners, a couple who live in the rest of the house. Parking inside the property.
Interiors
Almonte is the result of the restructuring of an old country house that has retained its rural character. The furnishings are pleasant and consist of antique furniture in excellent condition. The entrance is located on the first floor from the terrace, entering directly into the kitchen/dining room with fireplace, from which you can access the living room. A staircase leads to the second floor composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 small bathroom.
Position
The house is located on the side of a hill between the towns of Lucca and the Versilia coast. The whole area is rich of big woods, small roads and scattered houses that were once farms and are now villas also inhabited by European citizens in search of peace. The accommodation has a splendid view of the valley and the hills and an excellent tranquility.

Almonte is equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, baby bed and parking in the property.
Services
Included in the price are: linen for the bathroom, bed, kitchen (with weekly change), water and gas consumption, baby bed. On request and to be paid directly on the spot possibility of domestic help, cook and baby sitter.
Useful information
Swimming pool open from 1/6 to 9/9. Access to the property using 300 meters of dirt road. The owners live in a part of the house with an independent entrance and use the external spaces but not the pool.

The most important city is Lucca and it is reachable in 20 minutes by car. The access to the sea of Versilia is made through a pleasant road from the hinterland, arriving from the top of the hills and going down to Camaiore, important citadel of the hinterland of Versilia. If you want to extend your excursions, you can reach Pisa or Florence in just one hour by car.
