This ancient residence, a very pleasant vacation spot in the hills between Florence and Pistoia, has been completely restored. The property comprises a main house and two annexes (for a total surface area of 410 m2) which are about 20m away. Skilful work has preserved the ancient stone structure, while allowing the introduction of modern facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The villa is the ideal solution for groups of friends who wish to spend their vacations together, alternating absolute relaxation with pleasant excursions in this pretty corner of Tuscany. Pistoia, Florence and Lucca are just a few kilometers away. Not far away you'll also find Siena, San Gimignano and the beaches of Versilia with its most prestigious destination of Forte dei Marmi. The villa is surrounded by large flower-filled gardens equipped with barbecue facilities and a swimming pool (17x6 prof. 1.60 m) (01/06-30/09). Satellite TV and fridge or minibar in every room, 4 safe deposit boxes, hairdryer in every bathroom. Wireless connection, tourist tax, small basic food supplies included in the price. Breakfast service on request, dinners on request, possibility of adding up to 2 extra beds (not included in the price). Centralized underfloor heating and air conditioning. Parking on the property. PLEASE NOTE: Pets accepted on request for a fee of 50 euro/day. Arrivals must take place between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
