Property for exclusive use
Typical stone country house of 150 m2 capable of accommodating 8 people with its 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa has a large garden with a private swimming pool, an external area equipped for outdoor lunches with a barbecue, WI-FI internet connection and satellite TV. This property is ideal for families with children or groups of friends looking for a vacation in the company of nature.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The fully fenced, well-kept garden is laid to lawn with trees and shrubs. The rectangular swimming pool, measuring 6x14 and varying in depth from 0.90 to 2.40 meters, is located behind the house; it is paved on the outside and equipped with sunbeds, parasols and a shower. In a corner of the garden, guests have access to a shaded area with a gazebo equipped with table and chairs, and a nearby table tennis table. In addition, the living room leads directly onto a covered terrace, also equipped with table and chairs, for outdoor lunches and barbecues with a rustic barbecue. Parking on the property, with several covered spaces, accessed via an iron entrance gate.
Interiors
The villa is distributed over two levels and, with its restructuring, has retained elements typical of Tuscan tradition, such as the characteristic wooden-beamed ceilings and Tuscan terracotta floors. The main entrance opens onto a bright living room with sofas and armchairs, a fireplace and satellite TV. Next door, but in a separate room, is the large kitchen, furnished in rustic style and well equipped, with a long table to accommodate all the villa's occupants, a decorative fireplace and direct access to the outside. Also on the first floor are 2 twin bedrooms, each with access to a paved terrace, and 1 bathroom with shower. A terracotta staircase leads to the second floor, with 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath.
Location
Fiorita lies in a quiet, panoramic position in the heart of the Chianti hills, adorned with vineyards and olive groves, just a few kilometers from Radda in Chianti.
Facilities
The villa is equipped with WiFi internet access, central heating, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, a cot, a highchair, toiletries in the bathrooms, an alarm system and a hairdryer. Rooms on the second floor are all air-conditioned.
Services
Included in the price: household linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), internet connection, water, gas and electricity (not for air conditioning), final cleaning, cot and high chair. Cooking classes, breakfasts, domestic help, baby sitter, pool towels and tastings are available on request and payable on site.
Important information
Arrivals must take place between 4pm and 7pm. Pets are allowed on request, subject to payment of 50 euros/pet/week. The swimming pool is open from 1/5 to 30/9.

The villa is an excellent base for visiting the region's main cities, such as Siena and Florence, or the ancient villages and castles of the noble Florentine and Sienese families. Tours and tastings at Chianti farms and wineries, horseback riding, excursions and trekking are also available.
