In all seasons Serre Chevalier is a lively and dynamic destination that will allow you to live to the rhythm of all your desires. In winter, it is one of the largest resorts in Europe with 250 km of downhill and 45 km of cross-country skiing. In summer, ideally located between the Parc National des Ecrins and the Parc Régional du Queyras, the residence will be the ideal starting point for many hikes and various outdoor activities.
At an altitude of 1300 metres, the residence is located in the heart of the village of Chantemerle, built in accordance with the mountain tradition where the combination of stone and wood reminds us of the chalets of yesteryear. The
comfortable and carefully decorated apartments offer all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay and you will appreciate the free and open access to the heated outdoor balneotherapy pool, sauna, gym, sun terrace and après-ski lounge.
All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette with microwave ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, TV. Towel dryer and hair dryer. Ski locker.

The accommodation was not very clean when we arrived. There are very few dishes. It's time to forget the filter coffee makers. The sofa is torn and there is a cloth to hide the rotten state of the sofa. The coffee table was broken. The safe had no battery and beeped incessantly.

The cleaning was very poorly done, and I asked the front desk to send someone up to remove the black hair on the mattress cover...hair everywhere on the floor and in the shower. I took them and showed them to the reception staff, who were surprised. So really intolerable the Menage! Reception staff very kind and attentive. A Nespresso machine is missing and the furniture is outdated. The rental price, especially in winter, is not at all up to the standard of a 4-star residence.
