Property for exclusive use
350-square-meter former manor house in panoramic position, with large garden and private swimming pool. The structure has 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and is suitable for 10 people. It features Wifi internet connection, satellite TV and a loggia equipped for al fresco dining, allowing you to relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The property is reached via a long cypress avenue which, together with the vineyards, creates one of the most classic landscapes in the Tuscan countryside. Behind the villa stretches a beautiful fenced English-style lawn, onto which opens the 60-square-meter loggia equipped with table, chairs, table tennis and rustic barbecue. The swimming pool, illuminated and heated by solar panels (24°), measures 13.5x7.5 and varies in depth from 1 to 3.8 meters; it is enclosed by a hedge to protect children. The terracotta-paved area around the pool features sunbeds, parasol and table. Guests will find a bathroom without shower or bathtub and two washbasins. On the second floor of the villa, with access from the living room, there's a large terrace shaded by a curtain and equipped with a table and chairs for relaxing alfresco lunches with a magnificent view of the hills. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The villa is distributed over three levels. On the first floor are the cellars where the wine is left to age, with an entrance reserved for owners only. An internal double staircase leads to the second floor, which opens onto an entrance hall leading to the living room with its large fireplace and access to the panoramic terrace, and to the dining room at the far end. The entrance hall leads to the well-equipped country-style kitchen with separate pantry, a small lounge/library with satellite TV and DVD player, and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Also on this floor is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, available to guests but also used by the owners. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, which comprises 1 master double bedroom with bathroom with hydromassage tub and double washbasin, 1 twin bedroom, 3 double bedrooms, 1 of which has a French bed (1.40 m wide), 1 bathroom with shower.
Location
The villa, part of a wine and oil-producing farm, sits atop a hill, allowing the eye to wander over the surrounding green countryside that alternates vineyards with olive groves and forests.

Fattoria nel Chianti is equipped with centralized heating system, Wifi internet connection, cot, high chair, mosquito nets in kitchen, master bedroom and bathrooms; on-property parking; courtesy set in bathrooms and kitchen (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper).

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 1/6 to 30/9 (9:00 to 22:00). Check-in after 8:00 pm is not guaranteed and will incur an additional charge. Tours and tastings with outside groups are organized in the farm's cellar.

From here, it's easy to reach all the little centers that are the pearls of the countryside, such as Castellina in Chianti, Radda, Gaiole and Fonterutoli: in each of them, you'll find the cordiality of their inhabitants, typical restaurants and wine bars where you can sip a glass of the "rosso nettare" that has made Chianti famous the world over. If you're drawn to artistic masterpieces, Siena is just around the corner with its "Piazza del Campo", where the palio is held, as is Florence with its museums and monuments. And don't forget San Gimignano, famous for its ancient towers that dominate the entire region.
