Property for exclusive use
This large villa is part of a farmhouse in the hills overlooking the Ambra river valley between the countryside south of Siena and the Arno valley. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves punctuated by cypress trees pointing skywards. Recently restored, the villa is comfortably furnished with some antique features. Particularly well-suited to vacations for large families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy a pleasant stay close to Siena, whose monuments they appreciate, as well as its gastronomy and wines. The farm produces excellent red and white wines. The villa's private garden is laid out on two levels overlooking the vineyards: the upper level features plane tree lanes and a large, fully-equipped terrace. From here, you descend to the lower level with its Italian-style garden and swimming pool (10x5m; depth 1.3 m) (15/05-15/10 open 9am-7pm). On request for special events, a large lounge is available in the old cellars. The villa is equipped with central heating, air-conditioning in bedrooms, cot, Wifi Internet. Included in the price: domestic help 3 hours/day. Possibility of using a tennis court shared with other apartments and a laundry room (washing machine). On request and payable on site: cook, baby-sitter, cooking lessons, domestic help, organization of ceremonies. Parking on the property. PLEASE NOTE: Heating costs are calculated on the basis of 12 hours/day consumption. Overtime will be charged at 5.00 Euro/hour. The security deposit must be paid by credit card. Arrivals must take place between 4 pm and 6 pm. For arrivals after 8 p.m., a surcharge of 100 euros will be applied.
